Expand the backstory of telesci areas

Just like a week ago we had 3 more places added to salvage/derelict/debris-field/whatever level.
I know there is some kind of feature freeze regarding adding additional adventure zones, but adding content to existing areas to me seems like a natural process that would happen over time, so I don't really get the point of this thread.
