I was thinking that the 40mm ammo type used in the riot launcher needs some expansion:
First, I suggest 40mm riot control rounds in the armory to tear gas groups of people, maybe some 40mm EMP to down rogue borgs, etc.
Second, I suggest 40mm metal foam rounds and maybe a metal foam round version of the arty pod for patching breaches.
Third, I suggest a 6-shot 40mm launcher be placed in the armory along these lines http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milkor_MGL
Fourth, I suggest a traitor box with this launcher + a random ammo from a list including HE, Sarin, mustard gas (slow damage over time then a delayed burst of damage like a flashy amanitin.
Fifth maybe add a 40mm grenade-making kit and launcher, either 6-shot or 1-shot as a chem traitor option instead of hand grenades.
If I had to pick my favorite two would be the metal foam arty pod and giving a single 6-shot sarin or HE launcher to the syndicates in nuke.
