Swine Flu, curable by spaceacillin and only causes fever and vomitting, somehow still causes more mass crew panic than a regular cold, vaccines can be purchased for large amounts of cash...
Liver Failure: Lowers toxin purge rate, mild toxin damage, random pain messages, blood vomit, brute damage raises exponentially at later stages (Transmission, excessive ethanol/drug consumption), cure: Calomel/cryoxidone.
Rabies: Causes fear of water (get scary messages when in the pool room), causes bizzare messages in stages 1-2, in stage 3 aggression begins, including random biting and lashing out at other crew members, symptoms obvious by stage 4 where you are foaming at the mouth and taking toxins + brute damage, will die of damage in stage 5 if not treated with spaceacillin.
