40mm launcher/ammo improvements

This is a pretty simple idea to put in some new types of 40mm shells to give the riot launcher a few more roles that aren't handled better by other items. THC shells to hotbox the escape shuttle is the most obvious and important idea, but you could do some actually useful things with it as well. Perhaps firefighting shells to deal with large scale fire emergencies, Styptic/silver sulf shells for mass healing during disasters, cleaning shells for wiping up large messes. It wouldn't be too hard to differentiate between the shells fired if you just give them each a different color. It would be an extremely versatile idea that would make the riot launcher an actual useful tool for emergency situations rather than an occasional sec gimmick weapon, plus it would let you flood the escape shuttle with weed.
