Wizards need some improvement bigtime

Honestly, in my opinion, fireball should stay unnerfed.

It's a spell for people who are bad at being wizards, like soulguard.

I don't think it should knock people unconscious. Knocking someone down and setting them on fire is more than powerful enough.
