Remove 100% health indicator

yeah I liked the idea of making the 100% health HUD icon be less noticeably different from the next one. dunno if the change I made to the icon went in or not yet but it should be live on the servers soon.
e: as always if this change ends up being (implemented) stupid(ly) feel free to yell at me in my feedback thread
