I disagree.
Somethings will always be deadly, but getting the engine to do huge amounts of power should not be a reason to ban someone unless they're outright murdering people by leaking the exhaust into medbay or something.
The admin stance on accidents is usually they don't care.
If engineering is too hot then don't go in it. I'm pretty sure the admins have set the engine on fire before just for fun anyway.
