Add a "destroy the engine" traitor objective

I dunno, I'd like it if regular engine burns (as opposed to hellburns) were encouraged, and this discourages them. I've seen the engine blown up once along with the use of a power sink, but destroying the engine is a lot of effort for basically no reward.
