Recycler stuck believing it's in communal mode

I've noted that after some faffing around, the recycler can get stuck so that you can't eject anything, no matter the settings.

Have you tried dragging from the recycler to the floor?

Sometimes I've found that if I drag-click to the recycler by accident, it thinks I want to output stuff to itself, so it doesn't eject anything. If you click drag to the floor, it'll output to the floor like it should.
