Changing PINs In-Game

I mean, an easy way to do this would to just let you be able to log into any ATM with just your PIN alone. From there, you could stick in a card and link it to your account.

Hacking ATMS should definitely be a thing though, with the chance for bad things to happen if you screw up like unremovable ink dye being sprayed on you.
