Changing PINs In-Game

Sometimes, you run a bit of bad luck, and something happens to your original ID, (or you never had an ID in the first place,) and you have to have a replacement made. Unfortunately that means that you no longer have access to your money, as blank IDs appear to have either random, or no PINs. It'd be nice to have some way to edit the PINs of the blank cards, or even just cards in general, so you can (re)gain access to your spacedrug/spacebee funds.
