Werewolves are human because they are humans with a terrible disease. Lizard people are not.

Zombies are human because they are human.

Vampires and changelnings are NOT human, but since they are indistinguishable from regular humans visually, you must treat them as human until you personally see them do something indicative of their non-human nature.
