Oh god, it's another human/non-human discussion thread

Why is it that, according to the "Official" human and non-human list (http://wiki.ss13.co/Human), it is listed that vampires, who are undead humans, are to be classified as humans UNTIL they are seen eating someone by the borgs or the AI, but zombies, who are undead humans like vampires but can't speak properly, are to be classified as humans at all times by the brogs and the AI, even if they are seen eating some poor guy's brain? I think that it would make a lot more sense if zombies where classified as humans under the same terms and vampires, as they are so similar, but I would like to hear other's opinions.
