Skotcher | Ovaline Gray/3NT's Mentor Application

Skotcher is someone that I actually encouraged to apply for Mentor, as I've seen NOTHING but positive and helpful interactions between him and the playerbase at large. He'll often random-name, and people can pick him out just by how much fun they have interacting with this new character. Everything a Mentor should be, in my eyes, Skotcher excels at embodying.

In fact, he's such an obvious pick for one that I actually thought I already +1'd his application. But I didn't, for I am a fool. So here's my +1.
