I like this, it's a nice little bit extra complexity to medical without actually having to change mechanics but instead changing how we have to think of them. It gives chaplains more of a job, even if that job is simply grabbing bodies and removing them later. It makes embalming fluid more important, it means that medical leans to lean on surgery for organs or botany more often. All good things.
I do foresee a situation where dead bodies are simply crammed into a single box in the morgue and left there after they're cloned, possibly rotting, however that's honestly a acceptable situation (antagonists are fully cloneable, possibly accidentally if that happens) and people do generally like to do things in ways that make sense in RP on RP so I feel like that'll only happen when there's overflow.
