About the PR
Removes the ability for humanoids to be inserted into the Enzymatic Reclaimer. They still accept organs, human limbs, and some lliquids for biomatter as before.
Why's this needed?
* It's too easy a choice for security to round-remove antagonists directly by grinding the corpse in cloning. Having bodies hang around give more space for subordinant antags to revive their mindhacker/thraller/gang boss.
* The station/medical generally does not stress about biomatter as cloning reaches a body-in -> body-out homeostasis; any gaps right now are easily covered by cramming an NPC monkey inside.
* Bodies going to the crematorium gives the chaplain a thematic, more mechanical role on station. The hope here is to increase the number and regularity of funerals, as well as let chaplain pick up on supernatural enemies directly.
* Theoertically having more regular funerals will get people out of their departments to talk/meet/greet/get bombed/shot/party, and that seems fun.
* Robotics may see an uptick in borging instead of just grinding uncloneable bodies
This does come with some notable tradeoffs:
* Adds to tedious busy-work of being cloned; you need to now strip your old corpse for ID/clothing/etc every time
* Medical may be more easily overrun with miasma from corpses if embalming fluid is not used
* No-doctor medbays require significantly more effort from crew to keep cloning running
* No-chaplain stations may end up with a backlog of bodies. If there's no chaplain, the crematorium can just stink to high hell without consequence. The grinder also exists.
* Major, major buff to changelings (presumably). Chaplain-changeling OP?
I expect there to be future tweaks based on playtesting results and feedback.
