Whilst I've seen Jack on several occasions like the previous replies above in a security / command position, I have myself not interacted too extensively with Jack (Mainly not recently at least.).
What I can say however is that the few interactions I DO remember are all quite positive, and, my takeaway from this perhaps narrow lens is that ; You understand well your position in a RP setting and engage easily with peoples gimmicks even if you are in a position of authority, where some would instead dismiss them. I feel that being able to go along with the flow of the situation can make for a fun HoS, especially so when it extends to antags. A +1 from me.
