Jack Hunter HOS application

Sandman or as I will call him from here on, "Hunter" from his character Jack Hunter, has shown to me that while not perfect he is capable of well rounded reactions and growth. Hunter plays captain and security officer primarily and in my experience in those roles acts in a "manager role" with handling antagonists in a respectful manner of roleplay that can sometimes be lacking when we play on the small population server whatever that may be at the time. I think he is a good addition to the HoS team that could be needed as of this writing to add a needed amount of roleplay and thought that can be lacking. Hunter has my vote of confidence that he will add a roleplay element of behavior we are sorely lacking in some rounds, in short a +1 is due for this growing character that is capable of a healthy escalation with a understanding of letting those around him handle the work as needed.
