disclamer: I don't tend to play security at all, though I do play command a lot.
I have interacted with Jack a lot and in my experience when on a job he is very professional about it, especially when doing security or command, plus he takes the RP very seriously. Personally I can only say positive things about said interactions.
While playing on command he tends to coordinate a lot with different heads/departments instead of just trying to do a 'one man army' gameplay.
For these reasons I do believe he would do a fine job at hos.
