After playing with Jack a while, I can say that he has been trying really hard to improve upon the advice given here and I have noticed a considerable difference!
At the start of the application I had noticed some of the things that were described such as focusing more on the round than the RP, but I can definitely say he has made steps towards improving this. He is also a reliable officer to have around, communicates well and is great with adding onto other people's characters.
The only things I would like to see more of is leadership, as he has described above. Whilst I haven't seen much of it, he has given out useful orders and clarified things that might have otherwise led to a round issue.
I would be delighted to have him lead Security. +1 from me. Also, the beret'll hide his green hair. Ew.
