Jack Hunter HOS application

From my experience with playing as HoS during shifts jack was captain, he seems like a fine player, I do not believe I have ever seen him do any egregious thing as captain, which holds similar importance and equally as "dangerous" gear as a HoS, so I believe he would do fine with the extra responsibility HoS has. I also noticed captain jack is active in the radio and will answer different departments, which is a good ability to have as a HoS since you need to bounce between different conversations. My interactions with jack in the discord are also positive, I have not seen jack make any toxic commentaries there, and seems to overall be a positive presence.
