Make shrimp and pufferfish more common

You can spend nearly thirty minutes as an angler fishing up maybe three or four shrimps. As a result I hardly ever see cooked shrimp or the very neat pufferfish being made by chefs, even if there IS an angler providing seafood to the kitchen. I propose that shrimp and pufferfish should be more common (perhaps while using specific bait?) so we can see chefs explore the full range of seafood options.
