Hello. Apologies that you did not receive a response to your report, a response was meant to be sent (multiple admins chimed in on the ]report), but for some reason was not.
The general consensus is that once it is known that traitors are there and using it -- such as by making announcements from it, kidnapping people to it, or being followed there after escaping -- you are free to monitor, assault, or set up traps there as crew. You should not go there and check the doors "just in case" before it is known that traitors are using it; basically act as if you do not know the listening post exists before a traitor somehow leads you to it.
