Compact sleeper sleeping timer

I will say that this is intentional. I am not opposed to it being changed, but being able to use sleepers for nefarious purposes is one of the reasons why the timer works that way.

I think the fact it's such a out-of-the-way stun (unless you have the port-a-med) is what makes it fine, I don't think many people use it for evil even though it's technically really powerful because of that fact. I personally only would wanna see this changed if it's getting abused like, every other round.
