I think it only fires when you get winded by a punch, not when you get stunned or knocked out

I think it'd be cool if any punch was enough to interrupt someone. If you want to keep someone from calling out over the radio just keep wailing on them..

If you use a flash on the cyborg they get cut off 100% of the time
