Cough Syrup + Other

Adding cough syrup would be hilarious. If I remember correctly, DXM users describe different "tiers" of highs when taking it. So if you have a tier 1 high you feel odd, almost drunk. Tier 2 you might have hallucinations etc. It steadily increases to tier 4 I think where you get full-on out of body experiences and heavy hallucinations. That would be hilarious in game if you somehow got enough cough syrup and got to tier 4 and we're teleported to the void or something.

for the speaking suggestion i actually remember it being a part of the game,like if you typed something and got knocked out then it would come out like this: Storm McDerp: help in the--URGH!! or something like that

Yea I've definitely seen that before. You have to say it at the exact time it happens right? That might be why I haven't seen it that much.
