Strange Reagent is not a Secret Chem. Don't know where you got that from, the recipe is on the wiki for anyone to see and use.
Cloning to me is just part of the game at this point, it fits the faster rounds we tend to have and I think working around that is cool. Haven't played with it admittedly but the Cloning Rack sounds nice though.
