Potential solution to the cloning problem

It's difficult to have a good place between cloning and surgery, but i do think there should be a way to bring someone back to life iwthin their own body first.
A doctor has to replace their organs (maybe with cyber only), and then use something more common than strange reagent to bring them back to life within their own corpse. this means doctors actually have a doctoring method that isn't just place in scanner and hit scan->clone and actually involves surgery.
