Potential solution to the cloning problem

To be honest, cloning will always be an issue for as long as its faster and more reliable than borging or surgically saving someone with 1-2 failing organs.

This, I hate this so unbelivable much. 
Lots of doctors being genuinely unwilling to, well, actually doctor. 
I think cloning should just be more risk involved, so if something goes wrong, you gotta spend some time to stable them. 

Also, even though this isn't about this, please, more medical chemicals and with that I mean actually white listed once so more appliances for medical equipment.
