Potential solution to the cloning problem

I don't think many people really see cloning as a problem, and i don't think I've ever seen someone use it as a deliberate method of skipping trying to heal someone (since healing people is fun).

The cloning rack wasn't really intended, to my understanding, to try to fix any "problem", but to allow traitors and other baddies methods of messing with the cloner beyond just breaking it
