Ban Miners from Vampire.

Very simple change, just wanting general thoughts around it. Should miners be unable to roll vampire on space maps? They cannot go into space even with a suit on (afaik) and so cannot do their job. This wouldn't stop someone rolling vampire if they got miner, but stop you rolling miner if you rolled vampire, like other job-based antag bans work.
Alternative is making miner vampires not take damage in space.

Makes sense, for a similar reason were Vampire Chaplains removed (plus the idea of Chaplains being the counter-role), I doubt anyone would be upset by this.

Vampire chaplains were returned because they gain chapel immunity
