Ban Miners from Vampire.

Personally i think it wouldn't make much sense for miners (also oshan engineers) to not be able to spawn as vampires, i understand that then you can become a suspect easily because you aren't working. What i have done is ask HoP for another job or in some maps there's already drills for the space pods so i use those.
