I used to not use a belt as HoS, but I felt a bit constrained (and that ne'er do wells can just silently mechscan items that are on the belt) so now I use a belt.

Oxygen Tank (I think it fits here? If not then I swap the creamer and the oxygen tank)

Pocket 2-
Dog Biscuit

No backpack, Cape in its slot.

As items get used or rounds evolve, I'll chuck an item out for a bottle of salicylic pills, a shot of morphine, a riot control grenade, etc.
