[MERGED PR] First aid kits no longer get health analyzers

I just realised this nerfs the medical supplies cargo req as that can ask for health scanners and the way cargo gets those without asking medical is via the first aid crate, but honestly I think this is fine, cargo needs more reason to go get requisitions from crew (the botany ones need to be easier to make e.g. "7 strawberries" rather than "5 weed with 9 potency")

I'd agree, even as my brain immediately offered two other ways that were only marginally more complex than just ordering first aid kits for doing it. Which a) suggests if its lowpop its not going to ruin the QM's day and b) I need to evaluate my life.
