About the PR
Replaces the health analyzers in common first aid kits (regular, brute, fire, toxin, oxygen, brain) with items suitable for treatment or diagnosis of the condition

Here are the replacements for health analyzers per first aid kit type:
Regular: bandage, for bleeding
Brute: saline injector, for blood loss
Fire: medicated bandage, since they heal burns
Toxin: calomel injector, for toxin purging
Oxygen: stethoscope, for diagnosis
Brain: pen light, for diagnosis

Other first aid kits, such as emergency, dusty, and the various vr kits still contain health analyzers.

Also makes some additional supporting tweaks:
* Aid contracts will roll for stethoscopes and pen lights before health analyzers, and require less health analyzers
* Minimeds are stocked with a few more health analyzers, at a slightly more expensive price
* Replaces a chain of status checks with `can_act` for stethoscopes

Why's this needed?
First aid kits that contain health scanners are available all over the station. Health scanners tell you the exact amount of damage you have for each damage type, as well a variety of stats like diseases, radiation levels, blood pressure, etc. currently affecting you. This has some negative effects for antagonist actions like posions since they are easily detectable. This also reduces the benefits of having doctors on station and available.

Note that you can still examine someone, including yourself, to get a general idea of brute/burn damage, and use a first aid kit to patch yourself up based on that. In addition, health implants still give you solid insight into the damage types that are afflicting you.

(*)Common first aid kits do not contain health analyzers, but have more apt supplies for the damage type they're associated with.

seems cool, id rather have something to treat blood loss in brute packs though, like a saline / iron pill

Was a bit skeptical of this at first, but I think it would be OK overall. I am a bit concerned about the toxin first aid kit, seeing as there isn't a way to reliably diagnose toxin damage without a health analyzer. If I can find the motivation later this week I'll try making a test kit for it in line with the other doctoring tools.

Reliable way is "Im hurt, I know i've been breathing, and im not bashed or burnt when I examine myself", this is reliable enough of a diagnosis for me its toxin vs anything else

How about something like a blood test strip for toxin diagnosis? Get some blood with a syringe, put it on a test strip, and depending on what color it turns it will help diagnose what kinds of chemicals they have in them

I don't have anything huge to add beyond wanting to say I like the PR. Seems great for making it a little harder to immediately guess what's going on if someone's been a bit sneaky but also the tools are there to diagnose with. I feel Jorj's point of being able to use context to preclude a diagnosis by exclusion is pretty reasonable too.

Plus if it's not working, that's when you go hit up medbay for that "second aid"

That's an awful lot of extra calomel buut calomel is useful for crime so I support it :P

As a roboticist I frequently rummage through the med kit boxes for the health analysers so I can make medbots, if were taking the analysers out of the kits I would like to see more of them available from either the vending machine or available from the medical fabricator by default.

Already a part of the PR " Minimeds are stocked with a few more health analyzers, at a slightly more expensive price "
