[PR] First aid kits no longer get health analyzers

As a roboticist I frequently rummage through the med kit boxes for the health analysers so I can make medbots, if were taking the analysers out of the kits I would like to see more of them available from either the vending machine or available from the medical fabricator by default.

Already a part of the PR " Minimeds are stocked with a few more health analyzers, at a slightly more expensive price "
