HoS application: Ishmael Belmont (attempt 2)

Ishmael keeps good and regular communication, has a strong sense of what to do to keep the round balanced for both Security and antagonists and can stay calm when things don’t go their way during a round. Whilst I can’t recall seeing Ishmael training, I have seen Ishmael occassionally give brief advice for new security members and not put too much pressure on them during action. This is good enough for me and shows leniency and support for new players.
