Missing a chairflip should cause brute damage

YES!! it feels annoying when people get to spam chairflips especially when fighting on shuttles where there's a chair ANYWHERE and it feels almost inconsequential missing it. the stun right now is too short, and since there's no guaranteed damage, not really much thought is put before i get chairflipped into and lose my only weapon
