John Walker's HOS application.

Hello, thanks for replying, as well as being understanding with my application.

To answer you, yes, i do feel as i am fairly experienced in command and security standpoints, in the meanwhile of playing in goonstation i've familiarized myself lots, and i feel like (even though kind of fresh to this server) i have a fair amount of skills, because of my long experience of space station 13 as a whole, but to answer your questions.

For question one, you say that HOS is not a chain of progression for having fun, I agree completely, and understand that HOS can be a straining role, and I don't view it as a position I'm seeking for pure fun, I'm unsure if I've covered this in the application but I had a reputation in SS14 (which had very similar security mechanics, you could say they're basically the same, other than the variations in space law.) of helping security assistant catch their ropes with pretty much anything they didn't know about, which I really enjoyed doing.

For your second question.

I am aware that I might not have cemented myself with some parts of the community, as i do have my own little time zone (CST, offset GMT+8) but i do have a fair bit of experience with some of if not most of (pop caps at 70 when i play) the players here, and have never had a bad or frustrating experience.

I hope this answers your questions, if you have more, don't be afraid to ask, i hope we can meet in game some time in the future!
