You seem to have a hard time taking things slowly in game and get bored easily, which makes me uneasy with how you might do in a position of leadership

Yeah, those high pop times really ruin you for a while. 
But to be fair, I do spend my time talking to crew and just having fun, I try to organize small activities such as going missing and leaving some blood behind to see how quickly the team goes for the data disk and the pinpointer. But when I do get bored I just go and find something else to do to kill time, letting the clown harass me a little or chatting up the crew. 

But I do enjoy the action and fast paced rounds more, that is true.
