Keiiro's response gave me a notification and I completely forgot about the ban clause needed in the application.
I was once banned for a few hours for stealing a clown car as a non antag pretty early on in my journey on this server- to enact revenge on someone that was harsh on me.
Other than that, I was PM'd for saying something bad but it was an f word finger slip and they understood it was non-intentional.
