Dr. Puggers - HoS application

From the few rounds I've played with Puggers he always seemed on top of their game, they understand how to handle punishments and while quite relaxed and sometimes bit comedic they do pull through when it counts. I feel they know what it takes to make a great leader and I cannot point out a single negative characteristic in both their character and the player themselves.
Just a bit more mechanical prowess and I'd be glad to call them my HoS.
