Yeah, pretty much any concerns about you needing a few more rounds under your belt to really feel properly qualified for the role as a HoS have since been dispelled. I've seen Dr. Puggers on many shifts, they're very communicative and have a good attitude. Rounds have indeed calmed down and as such, Puggers definitely is a stand-out candidate for the beret. I also recall a recent round in which they've spent the majority of a shift just training a newbee very effectively. Genuinely have no concerns endorsing them.
