Syndicate Shutle Boarding

I honestly don't see a problem with people boarding the shuttle. It is hard enough to get both a teleport and a agent card. I believe that anyone who went through all of that trouble to get in deserves to be in there. However, I do think that the interior should have some defenses that only a highly skilled player can get passed.
