In my opinion, ghosts need some overhaul.
If a ghost is spectating a someone, it should see what they can see.
But currently, if you observe the AI, you can't see through walls, while the AI can.
And you can see things that are outside of the camera view, and the AI won't see.
Same with SecHUD/DocPro goggles. As ghost you can toggle the arrest status/health, but when you observe someone with those, you don't have those overlays.
And then there are mutations like X-Ray, night-vision...
This is also important for Changeling Hivemind members, which are more or less permanent spectators.
They really should see what the host is seeing, no more, no less.
I think ghosts should also be able to toggle those effects, so they can find blindspots.
Or still have X-Ray when observing someone. (Of course not in restricted z-levels).
And with that, they might activate spectroscopic goggles. And see what chems are in something. Or don't if they they fear getting spoiled.
