Artifact pods and/or pod parts

That sounds neat, here's some cool quirk ideas:

driving pods on station tiles (might be busted but could have a fixed engine size to prevent broken weapons from being attached)
police car(?)
turret mounted on (similar to the artifact turret but a little more modernized) a failed experimental prototype for use against space infantry
wizard blink spell but for pods sounds neat
pod weapon that when hits a pod/person will randomly teleport them around the area
