My only issue is in my many rounds with Hailey i have not seen you leading or teaching a lot. You are a competent officers and I'm always happy to have you on team.

A HoS doesn't make a round fall apart. Someone just has to step up and give directions. And you can do thst even if a HoS and NTSC are there.
