While I'm a stinky RP player and thus haven't had a chance to work with you, from a strictly-application perspective, you articulated a lot of the key points that makes someone successful in the role and seem to be interested in getting the beret for the right reasons. I like the points you brought up regarding talking things out. Be it RP or Main, roleplay and verbal communication is inherently a cornerstone of SS13; situations only get more interesting and more involved once dialogue is opened up.
