[PR] adds aerosol reaction to golem death

just wanted to clarify that the idea isn't to buff wizards but to open things up for new tactics for wizards

1. This is literally a buff to wizards
   
2. All this will lead to is golems becoming another turbonerd spell that gets picked with other turbonerd spells and everyone complains about.
