Telesci teleporter activation time delay

Basically what the title says

It would be very handy to have for example 5 second teleporter delay so I can click a button, stand on the telepad and just teleport myself without having to beg other people or the AI to do it for me. It would make exploring Adventure Zones on lowpop so much easier
